# Supplementary Terms Consulting — English Summary

Plain-English summary of `aanvullende-voorwaarden-consulting-nl.md` (AVC), version 1.0, effective 30 September 2026. The Dutch text is legally binding.

## Scope

The AVC apply to every **overeenkomst van opdracht** (art. 7:400 BW) for ICT advisory services between Rule Step B.V. and a client. They sit on top of the Algemene Voorwaarden (AW) and the Order Form.
