## Scope

AVO apply to all **online services**: hosting, VPS, app-hosting, domain registration & reselling (Realtime Register, TransIP, Gandi.net), email, SSL/TLS certificates, licenses, and backups. They sit on top of the AW and reference the SLA, AUP, and DPA as annexes.
